Refund policy
Thank you for your purchase from Xing Laser, we accept returns requests from customers within 30 days of order delivery.
In all cases, returns and refunds must be confirmed in advance with our after-sales support team before the process begins. The refund you receive may be less than the amount you paid due to loss of shipping and handling fees.
Return/Refund before shipping
If you would like to cancel your order before shipping and get a refund, please contact our support team and we will help you to cancel the order. In this case, a full refund will be returned to your account within 1-3 working days after the order being cancelled.
Return/Refund during shipping
If you would like to cancel your order and get a refund after the shipment has been picked up by the LTL carrier, please contact our support team as soon as possible and we will do our best to intercept the shipment afterwards. However, it is not always successfully intercept a shipment and it may still be delivered to you. In this case, you should reject the shipment and your refund will be approved once the returned shipment been received by our warehouse. We will deduct 5% of the order value from your refund as a loss of delivery costs.
Return/Refund after shipment delivered,package not opened
You will need to return the product at your own expense and your refund will be approved once we have received the returned product. We will deduct 5% of the order value from your refund as a loss of delivery costs.
Return/Refund after shipment delivered, because the product is defective
You will need to return the product, the cost of the return will be covered by us and we will replace it with a new one once we have received the returned product.
If you wish to terminate the transaction, we will not cover the cost of the return. And send you the full refund.
Return/Refund after shipment delivered, because the product has been damaged in transit
You will need to return the item and provide evidence (video or pictures) of the damage to the shipping packaging, the cost of the return will be covered by us and once we receive the return we will replace it with a new one for you.
If you wish to terminate the transaction, we will not cover the cost of the return. And we will deduct 5% of the order value from your refund as a loss of handling costs.
Return/Refund after shipment delivered, and product has been used by customer (within 30 days)
You will need to return the product at your own expense and your refund will be approved once we have received the returned product. We will deduct 5% of the order value from your refund as a loss of delivery costs and 10% of the order value for service charges and refurbishment of the machine.
Note: Damage to the machine and accessories will have an adverse effect on the final amount of your refund
