Warranty & Return Policy

TWO YEARS LIMITED WARRANTY CONDITIONS**:

 The following warranty policy will apply to all the Xing Laser machines from the date of purchase. 

  • Standard two years warranty of the laser sources apply to users who follow instructions.
  • Standard two years warranty on water chiller.
  • Standard two years warranty on the power supply.
  • Standard two years warranty mainboard circuit system.
  • Standard two years warranty on the head gun main body.
  • Warranty does not cover any lenses.
  • Due to business environment change, part supply might be delayed from supply.
  • ** Note: two years warranty standard only apply to the Xing Laser directly purchase. Purchaser from Amazon/eBay etc. may not have the same warranty as the direct purchase from XING LASER with limited up to 6 months compare to Standard 2 years Warranty. (Dated from June 2024)
  • Clearance items do not have any warranty. Sale As it is. (dated from April 2026)
  • ** Limited - non-standard warranty for any mobile using, including any using of generator power supply. (Standard warranty does not apply for mobile using and avoid automatically. (Dated from June 2024)
  • No warranty claim will be accepted if the user refuses to provide the information requested by the seller for troubleshooting or technical support purposes. Warranty coverage will also be denied if: The user does not provide updated follow-up responses after the seller requests additional information. The users provided false message, and false statement. The user fails to provide accurate or clear pictures and videos as requested.  The user does not follow the provided instructions, operating guidelines, or troubleshooting procedures. The machine has not been properly maintained or operated according to the recommended maintenance requirements. The user refuses to provide any information reasonably requested by the seller to further diagnose, troubleshoot, or verify the issue. Failure to cooperate with the technical support process will jeopardize warranty eligibility and support services from the day one.

We have all parts needed for the machine stored at our office location in the state. 

 THE ABOVE LIMITED WARRANTY IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWIG CONDITIONS:

  • Our machines belong to the category of industrial tooling machines, the core components of which are the laser generator, water chiller, power supply, mainboard circuit system, monitorand welding head gun. Some minor dents and dings may occur during the storage, production and transport of the machine housing. However, it will not affect the overall appearance, functionality and durability of the machine. These are not quality issues.
  • Warranty Void Conditions
    The warranty will be automatically voided under any of the following conditions:
    Unauthorized changes to machine settings.
    Opening the control box or modifying the internal wiring system without authorization.
    Modifying or replacing any internal parts without prior approval.
    Opening or changing the lens without proper authorization.
    Physical damage such as dropping or smashing the gun or the machine.
    Lack of proper maintenance, including:
    Allowing the machine or guns to become excessively dirty or dusty.
    Failing to change the lens properly and regularly.
    Using incorrect power sources.
    Using non-recommended coolants or water types.
  • During the warranty period, 6am Life LLC, DBA XING Laser will replace defective parts free of charge. Any repair or replacement will not extend the warranty period and will not provide a new warranty on such replaced or repaired parts.
  • This limited warranty applies only to machine parts that require repair or replacement. It does not include returns, refunds or exchanges of any kind.

  • This limited warranty is non-transferable and applies only to products sold by 6am Life LLC, DBA XING Laser to the original purchaser.
  • This warranty only covers normal use of the laser machine. 6am Life LLC, DBA XING Laser is not responsible for any damage or defect caused by:
    • Irresponsible use, abuse, neglect, accidental damage, modification, incorrect return shipping or incorrect installation, including but not limited to
    • Failure to use pure water or coolant in the chiller.
    • Failure to properly clean and replace optics and lens.
    • Failure to properly remove or clean debris inside the machine.
    • Failure to properly store or operate the laser in an environment with the appropriate conditions specified in the manual.
    • Disasters such as fire, flood, lightning or improper electrical current.
    • Repairs or modifications by anyone other than an authorized representative of 6am Life LLC, DBA XING Laser.
  • 6am Life LLC, DBA XING Laser shall not be liable for loss of data, lost work time or business due to machine failures, defects or product problems of any kind, even if such product problems are covered under the 6am Life LLC, DBA XING Laser warranty . Customers are responsible for backing up any data to protect themselves. 6am Life LLC, DBA XING Laser is not responsible for lost product downtime due to warranty service.
  • 6am Life LLC, DBA XING Laser is not responsible for combining our products and services with your business in any way. We expressly disclaim all implied warranties, including without limitation warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
  • 6am Life LLC, DBA XING Laser agrees to cover the cost of ground shipping for warranty replacement items to and from the 48 US states. We can upgrade customers to expedited shipping as long as the customer is willing to pay extra. International shipping, customs fees and/or related charges for warranty replacement items shipped from Alaska or Hawaii are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Xing laser will provide the tech support as much as possible and it needs customer's support and cooperate together. If for any reasons, customers can not accomplish the repair/replacement and will need to send machine back. We will not be responsible for the return truck fees and the return truck fees after repairing if the tech support was provided but customer fails to follow the guidance and not perform the dual-deligences work. After careful inspection, if our tech support does not cover the correct area, Xing Laser will be the responsible for the cost of return/delivery and any other associated costs.
  • In no event shall 6am Life LLC, DBA XING Laser liability exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the defective product, and 6am Life LLC, DBA XING Laser shall in no event be liable for any indirect, incidental or punitive damages or losses, whether direct or consequential. Some countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
  • 6am Life LLC, DBA XING Laser may, in its sole discretion, change the availability of this Limited Warranty, but any changes will not be retroactive.
  • It is customer's responsible to pay the freight costs for sending machine back forth for warranty service.

Return

We do not accept return after 14 days or for used machine. Return only allowed for new, not used machine. If machine returned for non-defect reasons, such as customer mis-operations, changed mind etc, all the shipping fees related will be deducted, plus up to 50% re-in stocking fees.
