Lens Types & Details

• Protective Lens
• Model: D30-T2 – Protection to another lens
• Lens Diameter Codes ： D30 – Lens diameter: 30 mm
• Type: Flat lens on both sides
• Use: General protection during operation
• Installation Direction: No specific orientation required due to flat surfaces
• Usage & Replacement: Inspect or replace every 3–6 hours of continuous use.
• Note: Lifespan may vary depending on application intensity and environment 

• Focus Lens
• Models: D20-F800 – Used for cleaning
• Type: Plano-convex lens (one flat side, one convex side)
• Installation: Must be installed with correct orientation – the "V" mark points toward the rear of the laser gun
• Focus Distances: F800: 800 mm (approx. 31.5 inches)
• Lens Diameter Codes ： D20 – Lens diameter: 20 mm
• Recommended Replacement: Every 60–120 days based on 4–8 hours of daily use. Replace sooner if contamination is visible or performance degrades

 Collimating Lens

• Model: D16-F50 / D16-F40 (for New Gun with serial number end by - T)
• Type: Plano-convex lens
• Installation: Proper orientation required – "V" mark faces the rear side (toward the QBH head)
• Focus Distance: F50: 50 mm (approx. 1.96 inches)  F40: 40 mm
• Lens Diameter Codes: D16 – Lens diameter: 16 mm
• Recommended Replacement: Every 6–12 months depending on usage conditions 

• Vibrating Lens
• Model: DO-CM-VBL-X & Y ( 1 set)
• Mounting: Installed on a high-speed motor
• Note: Has a designated directional setup for proper operation
• Recommended Replacement: Every 6–12 months depending on usage conditions
