Introduction:

We are a small business company designed to manufacture quality laser welding machines and other related products to serve the USA nation and worldwide countries. Our clients are from personal hobby collections to small auto shops to large factories like Tesla.

Function:

The main function is Metal Welding: Able to weld most metals such as stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel, galvanized sheet, titanium, alloys, etc. (does not work on the high reflection materials, like copper, brass, bronze, etc)


Single-side, single pass material weld capability: Stainless steel, mild steel, galvanized steel, aluminum up to 4.0 mm by adjusting the parameters. Has good welding efficiency when welding materials within 3.0 mm thickness.


Side Functions: Rust removal and cutting can be switched within a few minutes by adjusting internal parameters and parts. (included with machine)


Note: It is a professional welding machine. Side functions of cleaning and cutting can not substitute professional cleaning and cutting machines. The cleaning has limited function: single-line model; 120 mm width by changing the lens and head cover.
