 1. Protective Lens

  • Usage & Replacement: Inspect or replace every 3–6 hours of continuous use.
  • Note: Lifespan may vary depending on application intensity and environment.

2. Focus Lens

  • Design: One flat side and one convex side.
  • Orientation: Look for the model mark and "V" direction on the lens edge. The "V" should face toward the rear of the laser gun.
  • Recommended Replacement: Every 60–120 days based on 4–8 hours of daily use. Replace sooner if contamination is visible or performance degrades.

3. Collimating Lens

  • Design: Each has one flat side and one convex side.
  • Orientation: Model mark and "V" direction should face the rear of the gun (toward the vibrating lens).
  • Recommended Replacement: Every 6–12 months depending on usage conditions.

4. Vibrating Lens

  • It also has directions.
  • Recommended Replacement: Every 6–12 months depending on usage conditions.
