Inside the welding head gun, there is a vibration motor.
Due to electromagnetic influence or collision with a hard metal workpiece. The motor may not be fully reset when it stops in few cases, causing the center of the beam to shift and requiring manual adjustment to reset.
So how to reduce the collision of the welding head gun?
One way is to try to avoid bumps and bruises.
Another way is to add some anti-collision sponge or thicker tape on the outside of the welding head gun to r weaken the impact from collision.
